Enjoyed the Re:Set festival in Central Park. Well managed, lots of restrooms, short vendor lines, and good sound. Central Park itself could be better situated in transit, but overall it wasn't too difficult to access.
Shaky Knees concert was great in central park. The multi stage set up was ideal and the staff was very helpful every moment of the event. The only downside was the amount of hills and root-ridden areas that became difficult to navigate especially in the rain.
Central Park doesn't look like much in Google Maps, so I was pleasantly surprised how great a venue this place was for the Shaky Knees Music Festival. Otherwise, without all the stages, bars and people everywhere, this park is pretty much an average looking piece of green space in the middle of Atlanta. There aren't many amenities here other than some grass and baseball fields.
Purchased 4 tickets to the SoSo Def 30th Anniversary festival here and showed up only to find it empty. No information no communication no festival and no way to get refunds
Came here for a music festival and it was great! The park is large with lots of space for events or just to vibe or for a picnic. It's in the center of a neighborhood that looked pretty safe. There are lots of trees and grassy areas to lay out. There are no amenities though like public restrooms, or at least i didn't see any.
