I’ve been anxious to try this new BBQ restaurant on Hamilton road and today was the day. What I ordered: 1 x Ultimate Brisket Sandwich w/ side Mac n’ Cheese 1x Three Amigos Tacos What I liked: Quality ? Service ? Value ? Location ? The service here is fantastic and I had a great conversation with the owner. Incredibly friendly and passionate about his work. He emphasized quality quality ingredients are the ???? to success. They make their own BBQ sauce which is likely very good given their reputation from London Ribfest. Next time I’m going to pick up a bottle for sure. Este restaurante es la verdad! Had this at the halal food fest couple weeks back. I waited 2.5 hours to get the food. Worth every minute. Amazing juicy fall off the bone ribs and chicken. Good job guys.

Absolutely amazing dinner from Gonzales BBQ tonight. Pulled pork nacho mountain could feed 4 easily for only $17!! And the ribs were spot on ???????? Just fell off the bone. Highly highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed the Ribs, Chicken, and Corn bread at Ribfest 2022, I went back the next day and got some of everything else they served. I was so glad I did, we really enjoyed the great food. Mr. Gonzalel is a great entertainer as well, very friendly . Well deserved Winners of #RibFest2022

Asked the owner to give me something of his choice. He made me an awesome chili with corn tortillas. Everything was delicious, and tortillas were perfect and not dry. Would recommend
