I'm not sure what this location is doing, but the hot wings didn't taste like the hot wings usually do and the chicken was undercoated and wet, like the oil was not hot enough. We didn't finish our meal and definitely didn't want to take any home. Very disappointed and we won't be returning to this location.

Everything I order they mess my order up. We do KFC for Christmas Eve. This year's was horrible. They forgot to send the gravy so had to drive back to the store to get it. Was given a hard time about getting the gravy I already paid for. By the time the gravy got here the food was cold. However, the food was so dry i thought it was Jerky. I always order the boneless buckets. Look at the beautiful tenders turned to nuggets. Almost the size of popcorn chicken. So I got lil pieces and not the value I certainly paid for. That is a small lunch plate for reference. The food and experience were horrible. Ruined our dinner and couldn't do anything because you were closed early and closed the next day. I love KFC but this experience and continued poor service will now have me looking elsewhere. No I don't want an instore credit. I want a refund. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR THEIR FOOD

Went for some chicken and this is what I saw. Seems like drunk drivers love KFC ????. Five stars for that. Oh and I did get chicken just had to walk up the drive thru

Easily the worst restaurant in London. I have never seen such consistent incompetence from anywhere except this trash KFC on highbury. Come here if you want to overpay for cold, stale food
