I’ve dealt with My Friends a Mechanic for years now and recently went in for a new steering shaft. They quickly diagnosed and fixed up my truck. I will only bring my vehicles here for any type of service. Reasonable, respectful, and quality work. You will not find a better shop in Western NY.

Hands down one of the most honest and helpful shops around and I can’t recommend them enough!

I was waiting months for my car to be fixed at another place so a friend refered me to Myfriendssamechanic and they got it done in a week. My car is in tip top shape now. They handled all of the insurance stuff. I literally didn't have to do anything unlike the other place. So now I'll only take my car to them because they're hard-working, trustworthy and efficient. Also they did a beautiful job cleaning out all the glass from my break-in so it's safe for my little one.

They are the worst. Don’t ever go here. They will leave ur truck parked up front with the keys in it unlocked over night. No one got a hold of me and I received a text from my sales rep that my truck was left for me to pick it up at 8pm? I left it with the shop, not the dealership. This is the most unprofessional mechanic I have ever delt with. If I give u my keys I expect for u to hand my keys back to me with a written sheet of what u looked at and done. Do not go here! I repeat this place does horrible work at best. Their bumper fix was two screws in it to keep it up…. Hope those screws don’t rust. I learned about this place through a friend a year ago & am I ever so appreciative of that friend!! This is my 1 and ONLY mechanic, I will not take my car ANYWHERE else!! The receptionist is super friendly. I always wait while my car gets worked on & we always have many conversations. I can talk to her like she's my friend I've known for years!! The mechanics are also great & very friendly. They do a fantastic job & I've never waited more than a hr. The prices are extremely fair & a nice little bonus is if you pay cash they don't charge tax. If I could give 10 stars I would, because this place is the best I've ever been to. In my 17 years of searching for a honest mechanic I have finally found one!! As I said I will NEVER go anywhere else, and I'll NEVER trust ANYONE else to work on my car. Thank you My Friend's A Mechanic for the amazing job you do on my car & your outstanding customer service as well!!
