Completely disappointed and disgusted this was a horrible experience to say the least, the price advertised was not the price of the room for 1 individual and the room was filthy. The environment also was not safe the door had trouble closing completely, I had an individual entered my room in the late of the night, luckily I had the incentive for them to leave without incident. I'm confident the management will not do right and refund or offer conciliation for poor experience. I have never seen people use drugs so casually but I am guessing that's the kind of behavior endorsed by the establishment.

Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. Itching all day until the next day. Still Itching now. Slept for at most 3 hours Woke straight for work, came back and asked for a different room. Guy at front desk apparently not happy I didn't let him know sooner so he can rent his bugs infested room that day.

At least the bedding was clean and bug free. The shower was dirty. There was dirt and paper trash under the bed. The towels were questionable so I didn't use them. The front desk and air conditioning were the only saving graces.

Me and my wife went for one night. It was horrible. Roaches were everywhere in the room. Walls,floor and bed were covered with them. The front desk was staffed by I'm assuming an Indian man. That's just fine except for one thing. I couldn't understand him very well and needed him to repeat himself a few times. We were both frustrated with the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This building very nasty.. roaches are bad here.. service is bad.. never will go back here again for family vacation.. toilet had cigarette burn marks tub is very dirty and had bug in it.
