My vehicle broke down on Jan 6 and i paid to have it towed to this shop. I was informed of the repair needed on my vehicle and I informed Rob that I would like to proceed with the repair. After this point, it was impossible to reach anyone at the shop to get an update. I'd call and leave a message, and the owner would call or message me weeks later, always claiming that he "needed to figure out numbers" and he would call me back "within a couple days." Those "couple of days" turned into weeks. Every time i would finally get ahold of someone, i would hear this same excuse. I use my vehicle for work and it is my only vehicle. After a month and a half of getting the run around from the owner, I again paid for a tow to an actual reputable shop and they had ordered all the parts necessary and had me back on the road within two weeks. While my vehicle was at A1, it was left unlocked and someone helped themselves to things like my spare change, and all the paperwork I had on the vehicle. This place is sketchy and cost me so much extra time and money unnecessarily.
