Many if not all offer more than an A to B, firstly with their APP where you can order a taxi for a time you decide on, then you opt to either paying cash or card where you get a price of cost approximately. It will in real time show where abouts your taxi is while on its way to you, the name of your driver and the colour & make of car he's in (which makes for safe and non trouble journey for people in an evening for example). From experience I've received A* service on every taxi journey, no awkward silence the drivers, are very friendly. And as a disabled customer I've found my drivers to be extra helpful from adjusting my seat, turning the car so least amount of distance from my front door and from friends and family they have bags carried to the doorstep etc, it's these small acts of kindness which in my opinion as well as my family & friends make it an easy choice every journey why change taxi firms when you get everything you need all in one place.
