The service staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. They all made us feel welcome and took our orders quickly. Unfortunately the 3 gentlemen behind the sushi bar are consistently incredibly slow on completing orders, often resulting in us leaving after 1 roll despite wanting more since the wait time is absurd. For example our most recent to go order was meant to be ready in 25 minutes and took over an hour despite a minimal amount of in store customers.
I would love to give Ahi 5 stars since the food is always perfect and the service is always friendly and pleasant, but unfortunately the lazy timing of the sushi guys reflects poorly on the entire place.
Hopefully this improves in the future, but as locals and regulars the issue has been consistent enough that we will not be coming back for a while.
