I bought an engine from this company about two weeks ago and the engine was wrong so the mechanic I hired had to take it back and exchange it. During that exchange for the second time around for the wrong engine this company gave me an engine with a broken water pump. They are very responsive, but the service is horrible and the owner was very nasty and practically disrespectful. The employees at least had more grace (Michael) I was told by Michael who works there that he would reimburse me for however much the extra part was that I needed to buy for the engine. Which the extra part was $200.
The engine initially bought was completely the wrong engine for my car for starters WITH the broken part. When I went to the dealer to order the part and got the part I called back to talk about reimbursements and the owner told me that they would NEVER reimburse me for a broken part from them.
I am highly disappointed and upset that I trusted this company not being from Alabama and knowing any mechanics or auto part companies. I was recommended to this place. Bad idea. Man did they let me down.
If you guys want to order parts from this company make sure that you know exactly what you want and make sure you have someone who is very knowledgeable about things so that they will not send you a part that is incomplete- you waste your money because they will not exchange or reimburse you for it.
