Breathe Easy Cafe is exactly what you want from a place to dine out, and have a joyous time doing it. The staff run the business like liquid, everyone flows together and works as a team to provide great service and a welcoming atmosphere. To start I had a coffee which was absolutely wonderful, bold and full of flavour, and freshly made, would return when I come back to the area just for this alone. The whole menu is great value, with plenty of great options, including the Vegan Breakfast that I also will be returning to get. I had the eggs on toast, poached to perfection, hash browns were crispy on the outside and so fluffy on the inside, the mushrooms were bursting with flavours! I was so satisfied with my meal, that when I fly back to Melbourne Ill be telling my family and friends, come to Breathe Easy!
