I went here a few months ago and had a bad experience with the lash tech asking me had I a problem that I couldn’t stay still. Found her to be rude, bare in mind it was December and the room was cold, but I decided to go back as it was the on only place available. I booked for 1st July for lash extensions. In her defence I did mix the dates up and I thought it was for 2nd. I got a text to ask if I was coming. It had been 30 minutes so I sent an apology text and asked if I could still come and maybe get a half set or something quicker. She never answered a single text and decided to charge me the full €65 for the lashes on my card. I have never came across such rudeness to not reply to a client or try to squeeze them in, it was. I saw on the booking app there was appointments available all day also. Disappointed as I had my holidays the next day.
