Probably more honest than me!
My brakes were going to the floor and I needed an oil change.
I went in and spoke with the guy up front who seemed to be in a hurry. Which I thought was good because it was a busy establishment.
He asked, “how can I help you sir”
I replied, “I need an oil change and new brakes and whatever else needs service.”
He said, is that it
I did mention my A/C wasn’t blowing as cold as I thought it should.
I thought to myself, here we go with the up charges!
He said he’d call me when done.
Later, the same day I got a call, “Sir, your truck is ready!”
I thought to myself I’d have at least a $500 bill. So I was prepared.
I went to pick up my truck and my bill was less than $100. I said, “Sir, I needed new brakes, an oil change and my A/C looked at. This bill can’t be right!”
He told me he changed the oil, the filter, did a service on all fluids.
The brakes were fine, just needed to be adjusted and they added brake fluid.
They checked the A/C and added Freon at no charge along with wiper fluid.
Then they inspected everything. My bill was less than $100.00. I was ready to go!
I guess this is how they make money. Honesty and word of mouth!
Great place and in my opinion too honest. I’ll always take my car there. It’s privately owned, so they’re not trying to hit some sort of quota!
