The lady at the front desk was rude. If you’re going to run a business might want to learn some people skills ! First off I called and made an for a rotate and balance I was hung up on as I’m still talking. When I showed up for my appointment All I said is how I wanted my tires rotated, the way she rolled her eyes and responded to my request was disrespectful, then I asked how much it would be Bc I never got a chance to ask her on the phone before I was hung up on. And the response was IDK they will let you know when they get it back there. Needless to say I didn’t get my rotation and balance done.
