We visited last Wednesday 5/18 at about 10am, the food was good and the woman who helped us was nice, but we were overcharged $10 by a male who brought us our check, presumably because we were tourists it seemed I thought it was an honest accident so I didn’t bring it up as I was ready to leave and instead corrected the total on the receipt to the correct total with tip which should have been $33, but I was instead charged $43 which is illegal as I did not authorize that charge. I don’t have the time to call and try to have it corrected so figured I would just post a warning to others. (We ordered 2 eggs ($4.95), sourdough toast ($3.99), corn beef hash ($12.55), and a soda ($2.90) so total should have been $24.39 plus tax it was $26 and change, I tipped $6+ so it should have been $33 exactly.) If the business contacts me and refunds the $10 I’ll update my review but as of now it seems I was scammed.
