Unbelievably unprofessional business. I was in a bit of a time pinch as I was driving out of of state and had an emergent need. I called and was told he could come detail my car at at 2pm, hours passed and he did not respond to messages or phone calls. Eventually, I was told that it would be after 5pm and he went silent again. Then at 730pm he texted
Saying he was sorry for being late, that he was finishing dinner and would meet me soon after. Ultimately, he turned off his phone and I never heard anything again. Extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. All he had to do was say he didn't have time. Horrible way to run a business.
