My partner and her daughter booked a taxi from this firm a day in advance and pre paid at the time
They were coming back from a concert in Manchester and the taxi was an hour late.
They were dropping off in Burnley town centre for a drink before coming home but due to being an hour late they knew they would miss the last orders so my partner asked to drop her daughter off in Padiham and then to Rosegrove.
She spoke with a guy on the switchboard who was apparently very loud and rude and said it would cost £6 more yet the drop off were less distance than dropping off in town .
My partner nor I will not be using them again!
Useless timekeeping and rudeness to customers will not get the company very far .
