This place was recommended by a coworker. The interior was spacious and open with a soft gray color palette. Very well-lit and seating was open and plentiful.
I did not make an appointment because I wanted to witness their overall customer service firsthand. I was politely greeted at the front door and asked what services I needed, was immediately seated with nail tech “Laura”, and I could not be more pleased.
Laura was very organized and neat, told me she has been working in this profession for 5 1/2 years, and her attention to detail was proof that she takes great pride in her skill.
My only negative in this experience is the fact that they only take cash payments and this was not posted anywhere for me to see prior to services. Fortunately, I had the cash in hand, but I do not always carry cash.
I will return to MiMi Nails & Spa.
