I'm traveling across country from kentucky to California and of course an hour into the first day of the trip my ac stopped blowing. Since I booked a couple nights in Dover, I gave this business a call and he had me come in just a couple hours later. Within 3 hours we had diagnosed, purchased a part, replaced the part, and fixed my ac at an affordable cost. Not only that, but he showed me what he was working on, we talked almost the whole time, and both gentlemen in the shop made sure my two dogs had water and shade. I could not have asked for a better experience.
The location of the shop is great - Google is accurate, area is quiet and pretty.
I highly recommend this shop. As a young woman, it is daunting to consider going to a mechanic. Im semi savy with fixing small things on vehicles, and this was within my means but I was just so tired. I took a leap of faith and called a few places and this was the only place I could get ahold of. He was so easy to communicate with, very professional and kind. And now my dogs have ac all the way through Oklahoma, Texas, New mexico, and cali. Infinite appreciation.
