Top notch fish and chip shop. Been to quite a few in the eastern and northern suburbs, and I must say that the deciding factor between them usually is their pineapple fritters. These guys make pineapple fritters like no other! Sweet, crunchy, soft, juicy, full of cinammon... I've never had better. They do other menu items quite well too, like their REAL onion rings (not the fake crumbly ones), fish, chips and super crunchy potato cakes. I highly recommend the food.
They have a very decent price range too, especially considering their location in Box Hill, where you could easily spend double at a different shop. The shop itself is small and cosy, and generally quite clean, but I have to say that parking is a nuisance. The small shopping strip can cause quite some havoc, so beware! I always park further away and walk there to avoid the jam.
