On 11 July 2022, 10:15 pm train from Flinders Street Station to Craigieburn - Cancelled due to some track faults.
Result: Passengers told to take other trains (Upfield or Sunshine) to North Melbourne station and were told to wait for Train replacement buses.
Situation: almost 200 passengers waiting for over 1 hour in freezing cold. Last lot of passengers picked up at 11:50pm after waiting for 1hour 20 minutes in mid-winter cold...!!!
Station staff and authorised officers are not helpful but rather arrogant and unapologetic. Also yelling on top of their voice on customers who are tired and just waiting for over an hour in cold winter midnight wanting to reach home.
Never experienced such pathetic customer service and service unreliability...!!!
