Update: I waited a week before I posted this review to give the salon a chance to correct their mistake and reach out; however, they didn't until they saw this post. I showed them pictures of what I walked out of their salon with and what it looks like now after getting it redone and their response was, "you must not have communicated correctly with your stylist". Wrong, I communicated exactly the same way with both stylists; however, it's clear that Randy's stylist is not as competent.
They then said that they would have been happy to work with me but I since I already got my hair done elsewhere what could they do I got my hair redone 2 weeks after reaching out to them, they had plenty of time to fix their mistakes. But again, customer service is not their strong suit. Color service isn't either.
Original Post:
I relocated here from Chicago and this is the first salon I tried. Needless to say I will not be back and I am pretty upset with my hair. I went in asking for a more blended balayage and ended up looking like I'm letting my highlights grow out. Not to mention that each blonde highlight added has a light brown spot towards the top. I did point this out while I was there and the stylist said she could fix it with a shadow root. I allowed her to try this but it did literally nothing. I was so upset I literally left the salon with wet hair and cried on the way home. The only thing I liked was my trim - she did do a good job there.
I reached out to the salon and sent them pictures over a week ago and have yet to receive any kind of response. Poor customer service and color service overall.
I now have to spend more money for color correction at a different salon. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.
