Took a brand new vehicle for window tinting. Back windows were scratched and deep cuts in glass from their service. Noticed a couple of days later and returned to Thomas to have a look, He admitted that it was their fault. They filed a claim with their insurance company and he told the adjuster that his staff did not do this. He told his insurance adjuster that a few days went by before I returned it so it was most likely vandalism. Their insurance deemed it as vandalism. This place is shady and did a trouble job not to mention damaged the side and back glass on a 50k dollar vehicle. I advise you not to use this place.
