I walked in the store feeling defeated because we had purchased a new travel trailer and had a blowout on the interstate causing severe damage to the trailer.
John was kind enough to take the time to educate me about travel trailer tires and we proceeded to find out that my travel trailer tires were aged beyond usable time.
Not only did they assist me with knowledge, they also were very speedy and getting everything done.
Since our camper was parked and set up, John allowed me to bring in a couple tires at a time and then pay whenever we were completely done. Not only that he made absolutely certain that the tires that I was purchasing had been made as close to today’s date as he had availability for.
I saw him handle a number of customers with special requests for tires and can vouch for the unbelievably awesome customer service that he had, not only for me, but equally for everyone else that walked into his business.
The load that he and his staff took off of my shoulders was incredible. I do not have the words to thank him and the guys that worked on my tires enough. Beyond being kind, the professionalism, the knowledge and the speed of the service was above and beyond.
John, like I told you in the store, I would love to see your tire shop be nationwide! I cannot thank you all enough and I will definitely come see you again! Even if I have to limp a lame tire a couple hundred miles to get to you, I know I will be taken care of and it will be right.
