Do not use this mechanic!!! We brought our car in and asked for a price estimate multiple times before they ordered a part and worked on it and were told they "had no clue." The day after dropping it off, we got a call saying the car was fixed and the total to be paid. When we asked for the price breakdown, the owner became irritated and listed off the items. When we said we could not pay it and that the repair needed to be undone, he angrily hung up, only to call back a few minutes later to scream at my husband telling him to pick up the car and never come to his business again. As my husband tried to calmly explain that we were never given an estimate so we didn't know the repair was going to be too expensive, the owner hung up on him and would not answer our calls. So, we went to pick up the car like we were told, but upon arriving they said they weren't working on it yet and to come back later. About an hour later, the business called and told us the car was ready. They had taken off the new part and put the old one back on in under an hour and were originally trying to charge us for 3 hours of labor! I highly discourage you from visiting this business. Not only this, but when we took it to another mechanic, he told us that the men at Stephen Pack's Automotive had taken off the new part so quickly that they spilled Freeon all over under the hood of the car. (This was obviously done purposely and resulted in another repair.) This business was VERY unprofessional and just downright mean to us when we were simply trying to be good consumers. We ended up taking our car to a mechanic just down the road and paying MUCH less. STEER CLEAR!!!
