Please please do not book threw this company they give you excuse after excuse you carnt talk to any one when you ask for a manager they say you carnt talk to management and only deal threw email I am still waiting on my refund I no they have the money back from Ryan air as Ryan air emailed me months ago to say they returned my refund they just fob you off saying you have to go threw email and then even more excuses I guess I am saying good bye to my money as I don’t see me receiving it this company is an absolute disgrace wish I had of read the reviews befor going threw this company even if it is an atol protected package holiday you still have no luck only give it the one star as I wanted to leave a review there customer service is non existent
