Restaurant near empty (3 couples) ordered quickly, yet my partners food comes out and 15-20 mins later still no sign of my food (yet other tables all served). It doesn’t click for the waiter when I asked how much longer, he goes to check and finds out they never cooked it. Cancelled the order as they hadn’t started making it, I mentioned it would have been nice to have known that 15 mins ago as now my partners food is cold. He said yea sorry, shrugged his shoulders and walked off.. Spoke with another lady when paying and again the indifference of a customer relaying a poor experience was astounding. Totally dismissed and didn’t care, just wanted the money to be paid. I don’t get the rave reviews when the food (from the 2 dishes that were actually cooked) were soggy and not a Thai curry at all. Customer service is non-existent. There is way better thai food in the shire than this one.
