Love the Local Bison. Touristing this weekend and found these guys searching vegan/veg around me and ❤️ seeing all the options. Also loved seeing a restaurant using local sources My carnivore loving hubby was psyched to try the bison burger and I had the roasted vegetable salad, we also had some blistered okra but were also torn with trying the charred cauliflower.Lots to choose from. Check out the colors in these dishes. Loved it matched the equally fun decor and atmosphere.We also enjoyed a local brew and a G&T organic gin made with botanicals - yum, didn’t grab the nameThere’s a cool outdoor eating area that is also pretty neat in the summer as well. We ate on Friday late in the afternoon and I was super glad the kitchen was even open
