The app is very poor as it does not allow you to order what is on the main menu. For example the door stop sandwiches had no options.
Once ordered on the app the food took about 15 minutes to arrive. Not too much of an issue and the toastie I ordered was tasted nice.
My drink, which was part of the same order did not arrive until I had finished my meal. If the drink arrived before the meal then there would be every chance I ordered another.
It is also nice to be able to have a drink whilst eating.
I had to chase up my drink order which effectively ruined my experience.
It would be nice to think that this is a one off, however I was with a group of 10 people spread across numerous orders and we all experienced the poor timing of food v drink.
The restaurant is pleasant and a nice place to sit with a good atmosphere.
Service is an area of opportunity that requires addressing.
If you choose to eat here just don’t be in a rush and don’t expect your drink with your food when using the app to place your order.
