I have had 2 really great experiences at Timi’s Alpina repair. First was sort of an emergency…winter and heat didn’t work and was just picked up from the ferry in Whittier headed to Wasilla. I called and the owner said we are so busy, wait let me ask the mechanic. They fit us in, we needed it done that day and they delivered. First impression was a saving grace for us. Second, I have an import and wasn’t sure if I should go anywhere but the dealer. A valuable concept was reinforced today. Years of experience and wanting to do the right thing for your customer will win anytime over a dealership. I highly recommend this shop!
