Ordered a taxi recently from United as my usual place (ace cars was on strike). I have used United a number of years ago and the service was average. We required a taxi for 5 people the operator answered quickly, was very polite and a good communicator. He had local knowledge as he doubled checked that the restaurant I was visiting was correct as he was Concerned that it may be closed. The driver that turned up was a driver I have had a lot of times in the past, Saeed. Hes very friendly and polite and always engaging in good quality conversation. Hes a fantastic driver. On the way back we used United again. It was a different driver and he was also very friendly and good at communicating. Overall I was very impressed by the service and tge staff so much so that I am going to try United again. Ace cars are not very good at communicating, dont answer the phone or have a message when its busy or they have no drivers on a Friday afternoon.
