three stars only for food as it is satisfactory.
however, the thing that makes me not want to return and lets this place down is the customer service.
no acknowledgement from anyone when you walk in. even worse, you get the sense they are deliberately ignoring you because they are flat-out busy and don't want any more customers during peak lunch time period.
it's a small restaurant with only a number of eat-in tables and they only had two servers working the floor. i don't want to be rude but one of them - the younger man - looked like he was sleep-walking or half asleep. a zombie. there's no question that they were both busy but it's not a good impression.
i don't think i will be back but not because the food is bad. the food is satisfactory to good. rather, the reason is due to poor customer service. i think they need to either be better organised during peak lunch period or hire another person during their busy times.
