I paid for the most expensive car wash and there are still dozens of bugs plastered to my front bumper. The staff should pre-wash problem areas manually with a brush prior to cars driving through the automated portion. The staff was only equipped with a small, handheld brush approximately the size of my palm when they should have utilized a larger brush with a pole, and they only spent about five seconds scrubbing a very small section of my front bumper. I politely requested that the staff address the front bumper problem areas, but they did not. I'm disappointed with the staff's effort and lack of care.
