I was picking up a 2.7 Tiburon engine from them and got lost trying to find them. The guy on the phone took his time to find exactly where I was and pointed me in the right direction. I got there, engine was still the same price and very cheap in comparison to anyone else around, they even left a majority of the harness still attached so I could do some wiring repairs.
The only thing i was disappointed about was that my buddy couldn't pay over the phone unless he was going to present. But I'm not even mad about that, Policies are Policies.
ALL THESE PEOPLE COMPLAING ABOUT POOR SERVICE AND HARNESS'S BEING CUT MUST NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A SALVAGE YARD IS RUN OR JUST WHINING TO WHINE. THEY ARE NOT AN AUTO PARTS STORE.
Everything I received was just as expected, the customer service was what it should be. I just hope this engine runs as good as their quality of customer service.
