My tenant had said that the dryer wasn't heating, he knew that it must be the heating element, and he would fix it if I wanted him to. But I said no, I think I'll try the fellow at ACS Appliance Repair. I am So Glad that I did. Mr. Cooper came out the next day. The dryer problem was a bit more difficult to diagnose than my tenant or myself would have thought. It seems "wildlife" had gotten in the dryer plug causing a thermostat in the dryer to short out. The "wildlife' was a centipede who became a crispy critter. Lee took care of this odd problem with the dryer quickly, that same day. I am so happy to have found a repair man that I can call when my tenants have problems with the appliances. Thanks Lee!
