Absolutely 5-Star! I cannot express the gratitude I have for Bryan at Certified Auto Repair. Our son had driven his 1997 Ford F-250 across the country to attend SLTC. Day before graduation we find out there is something wrong with truck, 2 days before his journey back across the country and a week before Christmas. Panic stricken I started calling shops as we landed. Bryan said he remembered my sons truck (issues while attending school) and to come in early next day before graduation. Bryan throughly checked the suspected issue, eliminated potential problems, found what he thought could have caused, and had sons truck back to us before evening graduation! We know other clients were pushed aside for this emergency request and for that I could never truly thank Bryan enough.
