I went into this business on May 20 and asked for some hair extensions and the gentleman showed me some hair extensions that were A couple hundred dollars for one package of tape in extensions and I asked if he had any cheaper extensions and he said yes. At the time he was very helpful and gave me extensions that he even helped me match with my hair as good as he could and they were 5999. I needed more so I went back today and in front of everybody in the store he was telling me that it was impossible despite me pulling up the transaction and letting them know everything that I had purchased that day. I’m asking the lady who worked the register if she remembered me because she specifically helped me find white eyeliner. He’s telling me that I got lucky and that was never supposed to be the price which is false because the price was stamped on it at 5999. He even acknowledged that that was a great deal. Today in front of everybody else he’s telling me that I was wrong and that was not true he was stating that I must’ve just got a good deal and maybe I told the lady was 5999 as if she was going to ring me up for a price that I said out loud rather than looking at the price tag… It’s so funny how they have pictures all over the store of people who constantly steal from them…. And then here I am a paying customer returning and purchasing and I’m being called a liar in front of other customers. I’ve never been so embarrassed and I needed more extensions because of an occasion that is coming up… I will go ahead and take my business elsewhere I don’t know if his name is actually moon or not but that’s what I was told that it was. I had to let my hair down and show him the exact extensions that were in my hair that he sold me and when I did that he was shaking his hand saying no no no those were not the extensions that I had bought from them…. Where in the world did I get these then!!!! Moon was so so rude!!!!!
