For a Saturday night the restaurant didn't require a booking probably because it is away from the main Springvale restaurant precinct. We chose 2 serves (6 per serve) of the Spring Rolls for entree while we decided on mains. There is a certainly a wide selection to choose from. I picked the Seafood on Rice. The spring rolls arrived with a range of condiments that included 2 types of chilli on request. We soaked the sliced hot chillies in soy. We wrapped the spring rolls in fresh lettuce along with some Viet mint and dipped them in sauce - delicious flavour and texture combination. My main was tasty and had prawns, scallop, squid, surimi and fish balls. The chilli soy was poured over the rice. Service was attentive, friendly and efficient. We would certainly come back.
