Paid for a deluxe pedicure and gel polish, the older gentleman that I had , barely wanted to touch my feet (I had beautiful feet) he was nearly falling asleep. I get it it’s an hour before they closed but still I should have gotten the same service. He chopped and filed my toe nails down so low,and uneventful…. they are horrendous. The younger gentleman saw what was going on and stepped in to try to fix this but it was already too late. The customer service was great but unfortunately I will probably never be back because my toes should not be seen in public. Luckily they grow back fast, so I’m not as upset. Ambiance is nice though.
