Pretty disappointed with this tire shop. If you buy a tire from them and plan to take it somewhere else and put it on, make sure you inspect it super well cause they sold my husband an $80 lightly used tire and when we got it home, we were never even able to put it on the car because it had a split down the side of it. We called back and asked for either another used tire or a refund because we never even got the chance to put the tire on and they refused to refund us. I understand that used tires are often sold as is, but when you sell someone a USED tire and charge them $80 for it, at the very least it should be in good enough condition to be put on the car. We were essentially sold a completely unusable tire for 80 freaking dollars. Thats just bad, dishonest business practices. Unacceptable. If we had driven it for a week and it messed up then that would be on us but they clearly sold us a garbage tire and cheated us out of $80. I'd suggest finding another tire shop. Chico's tire shop in Jemison has always been honest and reliable.
