We were invited by a friend to meet for dinner at El Tapatio. The atmosphere and layout of the restaurant was nicely done. There were many options on the menu. Our waitress was very pleasant and served us very well, checking on us often throughout the meal. Chips and salsa were brought to the table while we viewed the menu. The salsa was okay. It had too much of a tomato flavor for me. It's not the best salsa I've had but it wasn't the worst either. I ordered the Vicky's Special which was 3 chicken enchiladas covered in a white cheese sauce that included rice. The rice was good and the so were the chicken enchiladas. Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience at El Tapatio and will probably be back at some point. We do not live in the Wichita Falls area but this is a future dining visit when we are back.
