They do great nails, but their lack of customer service is an issue. I’ve seen them make comments to people and draw attention to people that causes customers to feel humiliated and embarrassed. I witnessed it, it have never been the subject of it till recently. Usually the guy does my nails, but I guess he was busy so his wife was doing them. She was loud and pointing at my nails and her husband was standing over her shoulder watching while she was doing them and they were literally laughing and pointing. She kept asking me where I got my nails done and I kept telling her here. The woman sitting next to me kept looking at me smiling uncomfortably (I assume embarrassed for me). The salon was full and it drew a lot of attention and I have no idea what they were laughing at because I couldn’t understand them. The only thing I did understand was her asking me “where I get my nails done” and me consistently repeating, “here,your husband does them.” It was embarrassing and I had to hold back tears. I have never experienced anything like that in a salon of any kind.
