My S/O took our Buick to Fahr Automotive. We were told it would be $430 to fix a radiator problem. My s/o had everyone at the shops number since the vehicle was there for so long. The very next day the same exact problem happened. Our vehicle has been at their shop for over a week just sitting. She has called them multiple times trying to get an update, to no avail. Yesterday I stopped at the shop, around 340pm, to see why it was in the grass and had not been taken into the shop any. No one was there, even though their hours are whatever-5pm. Today my s/o asked why it hadn’t been looked at and was told by the old man with a beard that it’s a gasket problem and they have tried calling, texting and the whole 9-yards to get in touch and let us know. So if you want to be lied to about what’s wrong with your vehicle and pay $430 for no reason, and also get told a lie about them trying to contact you for days, then Fahr Automotive is the place for you! Just don’t be a young woman who doesn’t know anything about cars, otherwise your car will have expensive problem after problem while they are too unprofessional to admit they didn’t contact you in a correct timeframe. You can barely see the smoke in the photo, but it would not explode the exact same way it had been after they got us, “all squared away,” the first time.
