Horrible customer service. I simply wanted to cancel my membership this weekend because the only two times I ran my car through, my rims were badly scratched up on my NEW car. I didn't even go in to complain about that issue, but he asked why I was leaving and I told him the truth. This teenager proceeded to become condescending and down right rude. He wasn't in uniform, nor had name tag, just said he worked on car washes. So God knows who this boy is, but I'd say if he is indeed an employee he needs to be in uniform, and take a class in customer service as well. A Rude child talking down to a 44yr old disabled woman, in any establishment is bad for business. I simply suggest this boy have a hard talking to, along with reminders on what customer service is.
