UPDATE 2021: Im a mom and wife who *still* loves this old-school barber shop. Reasonably priced, skilled older Italian barbers (now its John and John) who know what theyre doing. My young son gets great cuts (and lollipops!) for 17 bucks. My husband gets his hair cut for $21. Even though there is now a hairdresser right next door to this place (great move by the landlord, eh) we still highly recommend Frank and Nicks. 100% worth the wait in line to see a real barber. They are kind and good men. Being at the shop reminds me of being a little kid ... because my dad is himself a retired Toronto-area barber.
