I must say, a 5-STAR experience, better then Triple AAA ETA BY FAR!!!! I requested to get my 2011 Nissian Maxima towed to Firestone in Center Point, AL. I called my road side service with Verizon Wireless at 4:00PM and they Dispatched Franklin Towing service with an ETA 5:01 PM to where my vehicle was located. Jason, my tow truck driver came to my rescue, and called me ahead of time letting me know that he was on his way. When I arrived at NTB to pick up my car Jason, had my vehicle already on the wrecker and that was exactly at 4:30 PM. Jason was very friendly and polite and took very good care of my vehicle. He took his time and made sure that it was secured and went over with me all the paper work details of my tow, he didnt rush one bit, he made me feel like he was there to help, and treated my vehicle with care as if it was his own. Jason, thank you for showing up in my time of need, you have a great gift, and I can tell that you care about your job, and that you are all about customer service. If you need a tow definitely call Franklin Towing & Recovery, and ask them to send Jason if you want a red carpet experience.
