We came here at their opening time at 4:30pm after shopping on a Saturday. They have a lot of options for soup base and different sizes of pot. You can order different flavours for the soup base even in a 1 person pot. I had the pork bone soup base, and my friend had a spicy 毛血旺soup base. My soup base was around $10, it was different to the picture shown on menu, it was very clear, it looks milky on the menu. The flavour of the soup is quite bland. I am glad I ordered the sauce which you can help yourself and make yourself at the sauce bar.
There was also a salad bar on top of the sauce bar. If I am not mistaken, I think if you ordered the sauce, you can also take the vegetables from the salad bar for free. Their pickled vegetables are so delicious.
We didn't have many leftovers, but I think the price is a bit high. We had only 2 people but it was almost $50 a person.
