We ordered Bhel puri and they cheated us by serving fried channa dal instead of puffed rice with no noodles. When asked about this to the staff, she lied to us saying this is the actual Bhel puri and it tastes good. Later on further enquiry she told us she ran out of puffed rice and noodles and she made it up with available ingredients.
If a main ingredients are missing its better to inform customers upfront that they don't have it instead of lying blatantly to customers. Imagine if an Aussie guy who never had Bhel puri walked in to this place and they did this to that person it kinda spoils reputation for rest of us.
we returned the bhel puri and got refund but lying and deceiving customers is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this place if anyone is after authentic Indian food.
