The least you expect from an establishment is that they’re polite and attentive. Food can fluctuate and mistakes can happen but to make your clientele feel like they’re putting you out by being there is dreadful.
For a start, Staff rudely spoke to a member of our party when going to the toilet, not even having the courtesy to address them directly but instead making a snide remark when they walked past, same member of staff locked the door to stop people coming in, (but also locking customers in), a fire hazard if I ever saw one. Food was served on chipped plates, also refused permission for two young children (who didn’t wish to eat, merely have an ice cream) to sit down, despite the fact we would, as their guardians, have drunk and eaten once seated, unfortunately they seemingly fail to realise that you tend to the kids needs first as parents rather than your own.
I hate places like this, they seem convinced of their own importance rather than trying to encourage new business.
We spent close to £40, would have spent closer to £60 if allowed and also supported their cause by purchasing a home made toy for £6.
Never again
