I started by calling in inquiring on their services and price - was pleasantly surprised by how low their prices are compared to other areas. ($35 for a spa pedicure, regular color) the lady was very helpful breaking down what was provided in the service. I set an appointment for 10am on Saturday.
I was sadly running late and received a call for a reminder, asking if I was on my way. Super friendly, didnt make me feel as if they were condescending at all.
I arrived and was fairly lost on where this location is as its my first time and the area was under construction. Called her and this lovely lady told me exactly where to park - for free (downtown!) And where to walk to their shop.
I arrived 30 minutes late but she didnt rush me at all. Took her time and set everything up. The service lasted about 45 minutes. I inquired if she owned the shop but she said she managed it, theres a big boss - but it looked like she ran it. super friendly and nice conversation, had the TV on for me. Love her! Gave me tips on how to take care of my feet. I had 1 instance of mild pain from the filing but thats expected. She had the back massager going and did everything she explained to me over the phone.
Killer massage. Thats all I can say. Super nice and not painful.
Didnt rush me to leave and even told me to wait for the polish to dry as I wore closed toe shoes today.
Again did not rush me while paying or to leave. Even gave me the thing she used on my feet to keep as maintenance. Love her! Hope she gets a raise!
