Women should avoid!!!! absolutely fuming!!!!
My mother took her car for an MOT and was advised the shock absorber needed replacement, Since then there had been a banging/knocking sound coming from the replaced shock absorber. She brought it too me and explained they had changed something for the MOT so i advised she return it to the garage so they could look at it.
Last week they had it for two days and could hear the sound but could not find the cause, Their advice was to continue running the car until something breaks then they may be able to find the fault. Fuming i told my mother to bring me the car and within 5 minuets found they they had not locked down the absorber on the top mount.
What an absolute shambles, 2 days and you didn't think to check the top mount did you even bother at all Disgusting.... run it till it breaks then we can find the fault what a Joke!!!!
